Bu nedenle bu b\u00f6lgeye do\u011fru olacak geri \u00e7ekilmelerin \u00e7ok k\u0131sa vadede tepki y\u00fckseli\u015fi i\u00e7in al\u0131m f\u0131rsat\u0131 olarak de\u011ferlendirilmesi gerekti\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyoruz.
