Merkez Bankas\u0131 verilerine g\u00f6re bireylerin bu y\u0131l\u0131n ilk alt\u0131 ay\u0131nda Ferdi kredi borcunu \u00f6demeyenlerin say\u0131s\u0131 da, kredi kart\u0131 bor\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6demeyenlerin say\u0131s\u0131 da ge\u00e7en y\u0131l\u0131n toplam\u0131n\u0131n \u00fcst\u00fcne \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015f durumda. Bu trend \u00fcrerse 2012 sonunda bu iki alanda bor\u00e7 \u00f6demeyen bireylerin say\u0131lar\u0131 2011’in iki kat\u0131n\u0131 a\u015facak. Bireyler bu tabloyu g\u00f6r\u00fcp “Ayaklar\u0131n\u0131 yorgana g\u00f6re uzatmak” zorundad\u0131rlar. GYODER raporu ise konutta frene bas\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6steriyor. O nedenle 150 metrekare alt\u0131ndaki sat\u0131\u015flarda H\u00fck\u00fcmet KDV oran\u0131n\u0131 yine y\u00fczde 1’de tutmal\u0131d\u0131r.
\nBelli d\u00f6nemlerde a\u00e7\u0131klanan baz\u0131 raporlar ve rakamlar hem i\u00e7inde bulunulan durumu, hem de sorunlar\u0131 ortaya koyar. D\u00fcn \u00f6n\u00fcme gelen iki haber baz\u0131 ger\u00e7ekleri net bir \u015fekilde ortaya koyarken, \u00f6nlem al\u0131nmas\u0131 gereken bir tabloyu bize sunuyor\u2026
\nBu haberlerin ortaya koydu\u011fu ger\u00e7eklerden biri Gayrimenkul yat\u0131r\u0131m Ortakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 Derne\u011finin Raporunda yer al\u0131yor. Raporda 2012 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n ilk \u00e7eyre\u011finde konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131 ve konut kredi kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc g\u00f6steriyor. Rapora g\u00f6re ge\u00e7en y\u0131l\u0131n ilk d\u00f6rt ay\u0131nda y\u00fczde 22.7 b\u00fcy\u00fcme g\u00f6steren konut kredileri bu y\u0131l\u0131n ayn\u0131 d\u00f6neminde sadece y\u00fczde 2 oran\u0131nda bir b\u00fcy\u00fcme g\u00f6steriyor. \u0130lk \u00e7eyrekte kullan\u0131lan 66 bin 589 yeni konut kredisi say\u0131s\u0131 son sekiz \u00e7eyre\u011fin en d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck seviyesi. Ayn\u0131 d\u00f6nemdeki 92 bin 92’lik konut sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 da son \u00fc\u00e7 \u00e7eyre\u011fin sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n alt\u0131nda kal\u0131yor.
\nKonut sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde ya\u015fanan durgunluk b\u00fcy\u00fcmeyi do\u011frudan etkileyen, bir\u00e7ok sekt\u00f6r\u00fc ivmelendiren bu sekt\u00f6rde frene bas\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6steriyor. \u0130n\u015faat sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde firmalar s\u00fcrekli yeni projelerini hayata ge\u00e7irerek yola devam ettikleri i\u00e7in bu durgunlu\u011fun s\u00fcrmesi halinde sekt\u00f6rde sorun ya\u015fanabilece\u011fi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesi yayg\u0131nla\u015f\u0131yor.<\/p>
